I dine in wong kok char chan teng (旺角茶餐厅) since 2003 when it first open in SS2 and 1Utaman and now it has more than 10 outlets all over Malaysia. The food in wong kok char chan teng is not bad and affordable as some said it’s comparable to Kimgary or even better than that? Check out yourself.

Today is my first visit to your WongKok restaurant at Pavillion Kuala Lumpur. The equipment and design is really attractive customer but however i am not happy of your service provided to us.
I was ordered a set of the meal include with drink at first place but however all my friends drink is ready but however mine one didn’t turn up. I have asked your staff for few times (more than 3 times), but however it’s still not turn up. All ours meal has been finished but no respond.
We will not going to your restaurant anymore because this is the first time and the last time for us. Not even me and my collaegue felt the same but others, my friends who been your restaurant also felt the same. WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE. Very slow and rude.
Kindly improve your service.
I recommend Rice in Superior Soup with Minced Meat & Dried Oyster 蚝干肉碎汤饭 in Wong Kok. :)~
